Thanks for your interest in the Virtual Posture Summit! We’re here to help you, but we’re also a very small team and Customer Support can get pretty overwhelming when tens of thousands of people are attending an online event.

HELP!  I Can’t Find My Login Information??

Whoops! This happens every so often. Basically, the system sent your email and your email provider put it in the “Other’ folder.  Most of the time the email is sitting right there in the “Other” or spam folders.   Just search for a welcome email from the American Posture Institute.  It would have been sent on the same day that you registered.  Yahoo is really bad about having emails “disappear” for no reason.  Go ahead and recheck for that email, and you should be good to go!  If you still can’t find it, just send us a message below.  Please be sure to check first!

FAQ – Read First

How can I make sure I am notified when the summit is live?

You will receive an email when the summit is about to go live.  To ensure you get this reminder email, mark any emails from the American Posture Institute as safe!

After you purchase your membership you will be immediately redirected to register for the summit. You will then receive a confirmation email within 20 minutes with your username and password.  To ensure you receive the email when the summit is live, ensure you have marked this email as safe, and entered the email address into your contacts.  Then you will be notified via email prior to the Summit going live.  (Don’t forget to check the “other” & Spam folders.)

When & how long will the Virtual Trainings be available for?

The Virtual Trainings will be available on July 13th for 3 full days, starting from 6.00am Eastern Standard Time and lasting 72 hours from release to allow for our international audience to view the talk. After that time access to that summit will be closed.  If you have registered with PRO or ELITE membership you will maintain LifeTime Access to the trainings. 

How can I Get LifeTime Access to the summit?

The Summit will be running from 13-15 July, 2016. Afterwards, if you wish to revisit the Virtual Trainings you can purchase/upgrade to an ‘All Access Pass’ with the PRO or ELITE membership.  These include all the Virtual Trainings, LifeTime Access, exclusive entrance to a private forum with the speakers, audio presentations and transcripts, as well as many more Bonus Gifts.   Ensure you select PRO or ELITE registration when enrolling.

How Can I Become An Affiliate for the Summit?

Awesome!  It’s super easy. Simply send us a request to affiliate in the contact form and we will send you the affiliate registration link, and all the materials you need to help us increase attendance to the World’s Largest Online Posture Summit.

Can I Become A Sponsor For the Summit?

We would love to talk to you about being one of the sponsors for the Virtual Posture Summit.  With the summit generating more than 50,000 impressions from a very specific niche, and thousands of active attendees, many of which will maintain lifetime access to the summit, being a sponsor has never been better!  Just send us a request on the contact form and we will send you all the details.

I can't log in to the members area?

Not to point fingers or anything, but 95% of the time this is a user error. Here’s what typically happens:

  • Your username (email address) has been mistyped.
  • You copied and pasted your username and password from the confirmation email, but accidentally included an extra space when you highlighted the text. Try manually entering your login info.
  • Sometimes the number zero (0) can look like the letter “O”. Yes, this happens!
